Our history
Over 60 years of growth and passion for plants
1960
The nursery was established on an area of several dozen ares, initially growing hedge shrubs, berry plants, roses, tulips, daffodils and vegetables.
1964
A 1-hectare plot was purchased. Construction began on a farm building, a house, an electricity line, a well and an irrigation system.
1970s
Container production began. More than 60% of production was exported to Western countries, and the nursery won its first medals at exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
1980s
The nursery became more specialized, discontinuing the production of fruit-tree rootstocks, fruit shrubs, bulb plants and roses.
1990s
The Magdalena and Marek Majewski Ericaceous Plant Nursery was established on the basis of the farm. The nursery was jointly managed with son Grzegorz.
Today
Today, the nursery covers 24.5 hectares and is equipped with a modern irrigation system, polytunnels, propagation facilities, cold stores and warehouses. We continue to develop and introduce new varieties.
